FAQs
How much do you charge?
The price varies by store and your grocery total includes tax. My average fee charges are $10 - $15 or 10% - 15% whichever is higher. Check out more on services & pricing page.
How does multiple stores work?
When you have 2 or more stores in order, schedule them in the same time slot and I'll put in the discount when the orders are completed. You'll be able to see the breakdown on your Dumpling app. *Normally it's around $13 OFF.
How do I pay you?
Almost all the transactions are processed in the Dumpling app. Only a few services will be required to pay with cash, Cash app or Venmo. You will get an estimate when you place an order, the price will adjust when the shopping is completed.
Are there any other fees?

1️⃣ Order over 10 miles from store, will have an increase of $3 every 5 miles.
2️⃣ Heavy order will have a $10 fee. -this includes 2+ bulk item/ 2+ case drinks/ 50lb+ combined total weight.
Can I tip in cash?
You can always do that as an additional tip. Just to remember that there's a minimum gratuity charge when you placed your order.
